SOYO Residential Development

 

SOYO Leeds is a major mixed‑use residential‑led regeneration project located in the city’s cultural quarter at Quarry Hill, designed to transform a historically underused site into a vibrant neighbourhood.

The development, designed by DLG Architects and delivered by main contractor Caddick Developments, saw Axis deliver the façade across 4 high rise apartment blocks

The scheme includes build‑to‑rent apartments, student accommodation, and public amenities, forming part of a wider £300 million project that will provide over 1 million sq ft of space for living, working and leisure. 

Avis’ main works comprised of various aluminium and ceramic stone rainscreen façade products, balcony decking and architectural aluminium detailing.
